It's finally that time of year again and it draws two kinds of people. You are either a pumpkin spice maniac and as soon as the air gets a little crisp you pull out the pumpkin spice candles, coffees, teas, bath soaps, you get my drift. Or you are the other set of people who HATE anything that has anything to do with a freaking pumpkin LOL. Today's blog post is for the pumpkin lover and it's a recipe that I have used myself. It so easy to make and you will enjoy a consistently great cup of coffee on the daily basis.
Ingredients
for 2 servings

1 cup brewed coffee (Glam Cafe' Pumpkin Spice Coffee) -
1 cup almond milk -
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree -
2 tablespoons maple syrup, or sweetener of choice -
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract -
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon plus ¼ teaspoon nutmeg - whipped cream, optional
Preparation
Under 30 min
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pot and heat through, making sure not to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, or over ice!
- Top with whipped cream (optional).
- Enjoy!
