FAQs | Everything You Need to Know

  • There are no refunds on any of your purchases.  If you have any issues with something that you have purchased from The Glam Cafe, we will work to get you items that are up to your satisfaction.  Cosmetic items such as brushes, coffee scrubs, lashes, etc cannot be refunded due to sanitary issues, if you have any problems with your purchase and we are notified within 30 days items will be exchanged.
  • Items normally ship within 3-5 business days (Lashes, makeup brushes, coffee mugs) *This has been extended due to COVID*


  • If you order coffee and any other item, the coffee will be shipped and arrive first. Some items are handmade (coffee mugs for instance) and will arrive later.


  • Coffee ships within two days as it's roasted at the time the order is placed, 

    Orders placed by 5pm eastern time will roast & ship the next day. 

  • Delivery to you will be approx two days after that.  Example: Order Monday, roast/ship Tuesday, delivery Thursday etc.


    • In order to bring you beautiful Glam items at a reduced price estimated arrival on items such as chokers, necklaces, bracelets, sunglasses etc.  Any item that is not (coffee, coffee mugs, makeup brushes, or lashes) is between 7-14 days if in the United States, and 15-30 if International, but often arrives sooner.
    Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
